Recompute tau #19

Recompute tau given the changes in fracItoH and fracItoD.

Hi @jordan-klein why it is needed to modify the code?, I think it is just needed to change the input files to the new ones right?

Tau recomputed using the files from data/real_models/null_model_mixed, and it changes from 0.0059 to 0.0060, so nothing remarkable for subsequent analysis.

I recomputed tau and I've found a bug in the code which increases tau one order of magnitude, now it sounds everything more reasonable to me and the simulations work well.
