Replacing model_1_2 contacts_structure file with corrected version #21

Should replace the model_1_2 contacts structure file with one that makes the corrections described in my trello comment.

The new matrices are now located at data/estimation_parameters/contact_matrices and are so far correct (see e.g. issue #16), these folders are proposed for being deleted in issue #23
