I see a .Rproject file (that I moved to src). Since it is an environment file for your Rstudio settings it is better if you do not push it to the repo, since it may interfere with other users settings. You may want to add it to the .gitignore file. Same for the .DS_Store file, although I don't know exactly what's that file for, if it is not needed for any script you can simply remove it and add it to .gitignore.
