Isolation criteria obsolote for the deterministic version #34

The deterministic version does not have incorporated the new criteria for isolation and hospitalized, which include the evacuation parameters.

In addition to changing the computation of lambda, the parameters xi, carers.mat and evac are not present, but are coded in the params list, so this function is no longer compatible with the code.
