@ecam85, @Jennifer-Villers, @jordan-klein

Please look for the references you identified (e.g. parameters) and add them to the bib file in bib format.

@apascualgarcia Hi Alberto, I am back in town and have updated the bib file to incorporate the references that we used for the parameters. I will be happy to incorporate them in the main text as well when I am sure no one is working on it at the same time. I will try to address the points you mentioned in issue #37 today. I will have a few hours per day to dedicate to the project every day of next week (from Monday to Friday).

PS: I have a question regarding the parameters: in the model, did we use a distribution for gamma_A/gamma_I or just a number? I haven't found any literature reference with a distribution (except in modeling papers where they don't specify how they chose the distribution) but it doesn't mean that asymptomatic and mild cases all recover after exactly 7 days.

I added a few references (the ones that I included previously in the Overleaf bib file).

@ecam85 Is there really an author called Truelove???

ecam85 commented 4 years ago

@Jennifer-Villers I know, I would cite him just because of the surname!

apascualgarcia commented 4 years ago

@Jennifer-Villers you can start working on adding methods or references, just note the instructions in the file "how to contribute".

To insert a citation in lyx go to insert > cite and you will see a box with all the cites available. I haven't removed those that were introduced as a "key" but feel free to remove them once the one from the bib file has substituted it everywhere.
