Alternatives to incorporate the Contact matrix in the code #9

At this moment it is possible to either read the matrix from file, create a mean field matrix (controlled by $ContMatType) or create it manually with an additional piece of code (controlled by $strat).

The latter is model dependent and it is coded manually, so we may want to consider the incorporation of rules to create matrices automatically
