Vagrantize spree dependencies. #94

We depend on spree. Let's take this seriously:

Add a vagrant box per spree version supported, each will have it's own development and test databases, this will allow us to:

Have the same development environment for each member of the team.
Create an integration testing layer for our project, where we can compare responses from our api endpoints and spree's.
