Return button does not have the affordance of prompting a confirmation

From a requester: “A design thought: if there were a way to know that the return checkbox would prompt an explanation box, that would be great. I assumed it would mirror the behavior of the accept checkbox. I've never returned a task before because of the fear that it would have an irreversible vote without explanation... just a thought :)”
