Added a section in doc to guide user through using the Bouncer ont he Cloudflare free plan despite that plan's limitations Additionnal section preview in Docusaurus : Appendix: Test with Cloudflare free plan

Since we have reworded bouncer to Remediation Component this should be reflected in the contents

Ok, i cahnged all the "Bouncers" in text by "Remediation Component" I thought about your language trick to only mention "Remediation" in the following occurences but it felt off a lot of times in this doc, so for consistency i left the full version
