Update gotify.md #573

Changed name of plugin in configuration from http_gotify to http_default. I understand that this is just a name, however all the other http examples use this convention

Currently we are undecided whether we should go the other way and change the others to be unique 🤷🏻 as you stated it just names and user can alter depending if they have multiple but sometimes it not that obvious.

so my feeling is we can merge this for now, but down the line we may alter to be unique

Thank you for approving this. I think you are correct, either one way or the other. Just best to be consistent I think
