[expr] Move Event/Alert/... existing helpers to the associated pages #588

Several helpers exist for both the Alert and Event objects, but they are documented in the others section making it hard to find. Such as: GetScope GetMeta GetScenario etc.

I think we should move them to the the event and alert pages.
