Bug/Recommend whitelist installation #641

Describe the bug At the moment bulk installation of some collections can lead to false positive especially with bad user agent detection.

Expected behavior We should recommend he use of whitelists (whitelist-good-actors) by defaults. Maybe even add whitelist in some collections.

good actors should be in the http collection.
