Request to implement count as another fallback_action #8

Hello crowdsec developers,

can I ask to implement in the aws WAF bouncer also "count" action ? We are missing this option for testing some blocking scenarios when we do afterwards reposts from WAF logs. In case it is not too difficult would be very useful for us.
