Binary for v0.3.0 missing from packagecloud.io #172

Hi, When upgrading to version v0.3.0 (from official source), I noticed the binary file was missing from /usr/bin. I tried downloading the binary from GitHub and it worked just fine. When I unpackaged the .deb file from https://packagecloud.io/crowdsec/crowdsec/packages/ubuntu/jammy/crowdsec-cloudflare-bouncer_0.3.0_arm64.deb?distro_version_id=237, I couldn't find the new binary that should upgrade the previous binary. Can you confirm if the binary is missing from the source or if I'm missing something please? Thanks and have a great day!
