[enhance] Allow disabling of LAPI via helm chart #164

User may be running an upstream LAPI via one of the senses, we should allow you to disable the LAPI and then use the agent env to set the LAPI URL

Cons: They will use the same username and password If you want to use mTLS you need mount certificates yourself
