Helm charts does not have the v1.4.6

hello team, 2 days ago i install the crowdsec helm-charts. on that time its working. but now its not working . the crowdsec agent pod is crashing again and agian and it says that :-

Crowdsec is not the latest version. Current version is 'v1.4.5' and the latest stable version is 'v1.4.6'. Please update it!"

but in the artifacthub.io there is no v1.4.6 , pls help me here.

one main thing , here i am using traefik-ingress controller. i want full steps to install in kubernetes with proper way.
