Remote LAPI configuration instructions #28

Instructions on connecting to a remote local API server. I've checked this by removing the plugin and purging leftover files from OPNSense, then installing v0.1 according to the instructions.

Hi @0ranki , I am sorry for not merging your PR but it's probably better to archive this repo, develop the plugin on this fork and take future issues on crowdsecurity/crowdsec. I have adapted the content of your PR for the documentation page at https://docs.crowdsec.net/docs/getting_started/install_crowdsec_opnsense

I am still hoping to automate the remote LAPI configuration, but it should take into account backward compatibility, TLS setup and the fact that cscli can only show machines/bouncers if it's running on the LAPI node. So I'm leaving the manual option for now.
