in the upgrade-hub script at line 14 there should be onereload instead reload or you will get:
crowdsec is running as pid 73529. Cannot 'reload' crowdsec. Set crowdsec_enable to YES in /etc/rc.conf or use 'onereload' instead of 'reload'.
