Update SPK to v1.3.4 #8

The current CrowdSec package is v1.3.4 as of the last release (~late April) the Synology package have yet to be update preventing hub update. I am not sure how I can contribute or help automating this process. It seem it was either forgotten about or just lack the automation.

This is not automated at all. May be it can be... It is still only in early alpha testing stage. I may take a look to upgrade. There is also a new framework for spksrc from the Synology Community, which I wait for and may be also introduced in our CrowdSec port.

I hope it's not abounded, crowdsec is a very good tool

any updates by chance, as the latest block list can't work with the version of crowdsec provided.

no time on free work to fix anything in this. also still no answer from years from Synology to help been upstreamed
