Possible SEO issue with noscript fallback #731

One of our users made this remark:

"IISpeed inserts a new sentence as the very first text sentence on the page, 
which is not good for our
SEO ranking.  This is the sentence:  “Please click here if you are not 
redirected within a few seconds”.
Can eliminate that?...or give us a parameter to be able to exclude that?   The 
very first sentence
on a page after the <body> command is very important to search engine 
relevancy."

I'm not a seo expert - but if the argumentation is correct, I think it would be 
a good reason to add an option to not emit the noscript fallback?
