html decompression on worker thread #738

Within ngx_pagespeed & IISpeed html inflation is currently performed on the 
event loop.
I think it would be better to dispatch that kind of (relatively) heavy lifting 
to one or more workers.

Good idea? Any suggestions on how this should be implemented?
If we can work that out, I can implement it and patch it back.
