Mitigation is currently mitigating way too much damage. It seems like 50% or higher mitigation is reducing damage by 90% or more.
Friar bleed mitigation, scimitar and standard bearer lightning mitigation are impacted. Strangely, putting a Blight down seems to cross some threshold and at least enable some damage.
