Microapp refactor of binary header and BLE protocol. #112

Binary header now contains more info. BLE protocol completely changed.

Added more checks, better result codes, and flexibility.
Added method to get info about current microapps state.
Added SDK version.
Tested with python library.

TODO:

Define flash page size somewhere central.
Use config for number of microapps, max size of microapps, etc.
Don't run a microapp if a microapp has already been running (requires a reboot atm).
Refactor MicroappProtocol.cpp.
