Update from 2.0.x doesn't add extension hooks #72

After an EE update 2.4 to 2.7, i also updated stash (2.0.4 to 2.4.5) i even ran the "Update modules" button on the modules page. It seems the extension is not installed automatically. This (as well as inserting the hooks in the DB) could/should maybe be done by the module...

I was looking at MD5 tags on the page for {stash:get process="end"} tags because of the missing post_process hook.

I'm aware of this one and it's flagged up in the docs. I don't recall exactly why but I do remember there was a good reason why I didn't set it up to install the ext automatically. Something to do with the way EE does updates.
