incorrect link on single encoding ticket view to encoding profile #107

If an encoding ticket is not linked to the "head" revision of an encoding profile, the "edit profile" link on the encoding ticket page is wrong. It always points to the edit link of the encoding profile rather than on the linked encoding profile revision. This is confusing, because the jobfile differs from what the user sees in the encoding profile.
