Property deletion interface is broken when editing multiple tickets

When editing multiple tickets all fields are disabled and can be enabled if they should be written to the selected tickets. Currently delete/restore buttons aren't disabled. It's also not clear that a field will be deleted, as "Multiple values" is a placeholder that currently won't be striked out.
