add language values to the ticket #137

It would ne nice to have the language values "deu":"deutsche übersetzung" in the ticket. We need this string for youtube

This probably won't work as the Tracker currently only stores these strings/properties in one language (generally the Tracker language). You are currently using translated strings per language (traduction française).
