Predictions output integrated in annotation phases

Predictions output should be integrated in the annotation phases, in particular

• tumor detection should be integrated as heatmap and navigation map (see crs4/ome_seadragon#63) in the ROIs annotation step
• gleason detection should be integrated as heatmap in the clinical annotation step
