need to prevent deleting user's unique workspace #11

Currently an user is allowed to delete its unique workspace. This will put the 
session in an inconsistent state, producing an error.

Suggestions: 
(1) the user's default workspace cannot be deleted
or (2) the last workspace of a user cannot be deleted
