image orientation is not managed #12

If I upload an image that has been generated with a camera in 'portrait'
orientation, it is shown in the DAM in 'landscape' orientation. All its
renditions are generated in 'landscape' orientation too.

This issue is related to the fact that the camera always generate an image with
width>height and uses the metadata orientation to inform how this image should
be oriented.
Firefox (and maybe other browsers too) ignores the orientation.

Therefore:
 * all renditions shall be generated so that the image is correctly shown in a browser that does not support the orientation;
 * the 'ORIGINAL' shall not be modified, even at the risk of showing it in an uncorrect way in a browser.
