resources are still there after deleting items #13

The problem can be reproduced as follows:
1. upload a new item
2. copy the permalink (URL) of a rendition of the uploaded item and open it in 
a new browser window
3. delete the item
4. reloading the rendition in the new browser window you will find that the 
resource has not been deleted

Need to ensure that after deleting an item ALL RESOURCES of all its renditions 
are removed from the storage.
