lack of check on format files before upload phase #53

The files uploaded must have a "valid format", as described in the file 
/opt/notredam/dam/supported_types.py. There isn't control about this and the 
GUI interface show the message "An upload error occurs server side, sorry". 
It's better check files extension before the files upload.
