What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the window to add a category
2. the list of metadata appears as if the user wanted to add a new keyword
instead of a category. This is a bug because actually categories can not be
related to metadata.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only the entry to digit the new category label should be available.
