System don' t respond #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?

in some case, when admin make a Login (web interface), the system stop to work.

The system have some "don' t working time". After a login tentative, the web 
interface don' t responde. After some minutes the system return to work.
Now i try to upgrade to 1.0.8
