item UUID #9

Need an item identifier. Must be unique within a DAM instance. Should be stored 
in the DAM XMP schema (internal). I would suggest not to use dc:identifier and 
xmp:identifier.

The item identifier must be preserved when saving and restoring the DB. 

Please read the XMP specifications for more information about UUID / GUID.
