We are able to access the site from the LAN, it should be a DNS issue, ...

DNS Testers says it is not just my DNS server telling shit :)

It should be OK now, it seems to be caused by some DNS propagation issues.

THE SITE NOTREDAM.ORG IS NOT REACHABLE SINCE A FEW DAYS.
IT SEEMS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH DNS, OUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS ARE WORKING 
WITH OUR DOMAIN PROVIDER (TISCALI) IN ORDER TO FIX THIS.
WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS ISSUE.
