Upgrade to Django 3.2 #61

We are in the process of upgrading omero-web to support Django 3.2. See https://forum.image.sc/t/omero-web-upgrade-to-django-3-2/63520

You may need to update this app to work with those changes. In updating our various omero-web apps, many have required very few or no changes.
