Simple release

This PR simplifies the release process. Now we deploy directly from the host with the pypi provider. The Dockerfile has been changed to install from the source tarball, so hopefully nothing important will be missing.

I'm going to merge without waiting for Travis, since:

• this already passed in my fork;
• the deployment won't be tested anyway (not a tag)
