Date clipping on report form #76

Craig reports a persistent issue whereby the first digit of a date selected on the report form is not displayed on that screen (but is correctly incorporated into the report). Have been able to reproduce, and want to fix this in time for training sessions.

Another attempt to squash this in 1.3.3. Will refer back to CF for testing.
