Actual CRSF implementations don't have a packet type for RPM data. This is needed for various other models than copters.

I would like to see up to 4 RPM telemetry packet types (or one with up to 4 slots), and also up to 4 temperature telemetry packet types (or one with up to 4 slots). And the same for current.
