papaja (Preparing APA Journal Articles) is an R package that provides document formats to produce complete APA manuscripts from RMarkdown-files (PDF and Word documents) and helper functions that facilitate reporting statistics, tables, and plots.
It would be super nice to have a raw text background file that stores all results reported using apa_print() so that a diff tool could immediately show what results have changed when data or code changes. tidystats does something like this, I think.
