Add 75 knob layout #51

Hey I wanted to add a 75-Knob layout (similar to the GMMK Pro or the Satisfaction 75).

Add 75 knob layout Add drawing for knob and the ability to change the knob color in the case options.

Tried to make the knob have a similar texture to the keys, I suck at this however so it didn't turn out too great, some help would be appreciated.

This looks awesome. Although I think it would be better described as a "75% split".

This should definitely be implemented as more boards adopt this style. (GMMK pro, Keychron Q1)
