Dany issue: Multiple quick refreshes cause a crash #101

When I first launch the app after neglecting it for days,I get erratic behavior. I hit refresh, then due to my impatience,I pulled for refresh again. Then the screen froze and I stopped the app.

Seems this was a deadlock.
