Settings: Store only smaller images #97

Should give users the option to save only smaller images locally. There are various possibilities for this: 1a) When a user creates/grabs a new image, it could be uploaded as a reduced size image. 1b) It could be uploaded as full sized, but saved locally as smaller. 2) When a user downloads an image, it could be saved as a reduced size image.

Of note here is that Natasha thought because Google Drive was in use that the images wouldn't be saved on her phone. It could be good to offer a tally or estimate of the size take up by images on the users device. And title it (say, in Settings) as something like "Size of images cached on device".
