`PPpSceptical()` add default values?

Maybe we could set level and alpha to 0.025, alternative = "one.sided" and type = "golden", but for c and power IMO we should not add default values.

alternative = "one.sided" and type = "golden"

no defaults set for other arguments as this would require to change the order of the arguments.
