similarly as for the summary: time tabs - also here we would want to display the graphs.
computing intensive calculations in this tab: would it make sense ti display the table/graphs and add the possibility: adjust the analysis for multiple comparisons: (I guess that the permutations are taking up most of the time needed to display the results )
I have added a checkbox for optionaly displaying the adjusted P values.
Regarding the graphs - which one should be placed here? The Pyramid plot I have just placed on the Summary tab ? :(
No, wait, I get - the only graph left in tab "graphical exploration : grouping variable" shuold be placed here and the tab retired? So, this graph:
yes.
I am getting this message when trying to use this tab with numerical variables.
This type of analysis is not appropriate for numerical responses.
we should have the results from mann-whitney tests here.
Fixed the second issue with e3915eea7fd8e0fdbe7276a5a84705e826864c13 (have not pushed to GitHub yet, since I'm in the middle of another thing and code is semi-working).
By Lara in #103 : In summary by grouping variable: can we add a column to the table with the estimated difference in proportions (or medians)?
