An error occurs in the tables when Culture is used as grouping variable, most likely because it contains NAs.

ERROR: elements of 'n' must be positive

It was because of missing values. Fixed in 4b82003b0e0a37c03691c99d79d080e0efb7fe4f . Entries with missing values are now removed (inside functions for generating tables). Comment about data removal added below the tables as text.
