Distribution1 - add columns to table #65

Add columns showing the median and IQR for symptoms, taking into account the threshold value.

Implemented on the Distribution of the variables tab in commit 8390703b654de21dc05b8aa91cfb1fd1aacd9047.

Not done in Distribution by groups tables, since it wasn't requested on that tab (should it be?). But the tables there are already a bit cluttered with the extra columns - they should probably be broken apart if some extra columns are needed.
