Distribution of the variables tabs #72

Distribution of the variables tabs, we should have 3 such tabs 1 - Distribution of the variables over time (add the things discussed yesterday, https://github.com/crtahlin/medplot/issues/58) 2- Distribution of the variables: by measurement occasion (mosty ok, rename the existing Distribution of the variables using this new title) 3- Distribution of the variables: by grouping variable (mostly ok)

In graph 1: add also the boxplots overtime, those will be more readible

Boxplots done in #58, closing.

the boxplots are beautiful :) would it be possible to do the same type of boxplots in distribution of the variables: my measurement occasion?
