Material of Chapter 3 exercises is not available. #11

http://www.r-datacollection.com/materials.html returns 404 error. Therefore the potus.xml of Chapter 3 exercises is nowhere to be found. Please fix.

Actually the link is http://www.r-datacollection.com/materials/. And the potus.xml appears in the Chapter 4 exercises.
